Kirsten (Windsor branch)

Hello, my name is Kirsten McMullan and I am the Coordinator of Wee Care Windsor Avenue. I have worked in Wee Care from 2006 and in that time I have obtained my Level 2 and 3 in Childcare and Education and my Level 5 in Leadership and Management. I am the designated Safeguarding Officer in the Windsor Branch, I have also attended training in Paediatric First Aid, Child Protection, Fire Safety and Food Safety.

It is my aim in Wee Care is to ensure the children in our care have the best possible start in life along with a lot of fun! My two children attend Wee Care and I understand how important it is to go to work confident that our kids are enjoying themselves while learning. With this in mind I have started holding monthly fun days including superhero day, Disney day, a Mad Hatters tea party and regular movie nights. Bringing parents into the nursery also helps them feel included in their child's journey and I love seeing how this has helped bring everyone together more.
