Hello, my name is Megan, and I am the Manager here at Wee Care, Windsor Avenue.

I joined Wee Care in 2018 as an Assistant and have since worked my way up through Room Leader and Deputy Manager to my current role. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with children across all age groups—from babies to afterschool—and feel privileged to be part of their learning journey.

I am passionate about creating a nurturing, caring, and stimulating environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn. I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children’s Care, Learning and Development, along with qualifications in Paediatric First Aid, Fire Safety, Food Hygiene, and Safeguarding. As one of the Designated Child Protection Officers, I take my responsibilities very seriously.

From a young age, I knew I wanted to work with children, and I still love coming to work every day. Watching the children grow in confidence and skills is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.

I’m also very proud of our dedicated and passionate team here at Windsor, who help make Wee Care feel like a second home for so many families.
